  We used Bob's for about 6 years, never had a problem. Always picked up the trash on time, and they even pick up extra bags, and heavy junk! They have easy to setup up auto pay, cheap prices, and great customer service! Forgot to stop my autopay after I sold the house, and got billed for 2 extra months- called them up and they fixed it no questions asked. Sounds kind of odd, but this is the first trash service I could say I was excited to have! :-D

  I have used this company for over 7 years now. They have always gone above and beyond what I pay them to do. When i broke my ankle and could not get my trash to the street, the guys came to my front porch to pick it up! I have had to call a couple of times about billing issues, my fault not theirs, and they have always been friendly and helpful. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone!

  The owner, Tammy, has the WORST customer service skills of anyone I have ever heard of. After working in customer service positions for over 7 years, the response that she had to a customer's problems, was APPALLING! Literally told a 12 YEAR CUSTOMER that "everyone else loves them and they refuse to let 1 rotten apple spoil the whole batch." Seriously? When you are at risk of losing a customer, this is how you treat them? I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Don't pick this service unless you want to get criticized and cancelled for having a problem or issue.
